2371390 - History button in Webi Document is not greyed out even if there is no instance of the report in BI4.1 and BI4.2

Symptom

  1. In BI4.0, if there is no instance of WebI document, when open the WebI document in Reading mode, the History button is greyed out
  2. In BI4.1 and BI4.2, if there is no instance of WebI document, when open the WebI document in Reading mode, the History button is clickable
