Observe Fulfillment type changed from External to Internal.
Cause
Changing Ship-To-Party at header level after adding an item invalidates all the calculated parties at Item level. This means that vendor party would also get invalidated. It is not possible to identify whether fulfillment type was changed manually or not.
Resolution
Therefore the ATP check would always look for best possible source of supply where Internal would take preference over External.
For the items of a Sales Order, when the source of supply is maintained as External and the ship-to information is changed, an asynchronous ATP is triggered with no Fulfillment type.
Due to this, ATP will determine the source of supply giving priority to internal fulfillment. Hence, the source of supply gets re-determined from external to internal.
This is the standard behavior of the system.
