2371781 - Inactive participant details are not showing up in 360 adhoc reports - 360 Multi Rater

Once the participants become inactive in the in-progress 360 forms,the participants details such as his category,name etc are not showing up in the 360 adhoc report.

It is currently expected behavior that the participant information will not be included in the adhoc report once the participant becomes inactive in the system.
