2371824 - HTTP 404 error thrown when trying to promote objects with object security

• Issues promoting Crystal Reports (CR 2013) with object security in a BI 4.1 SP7.x on unix/RHEL landscape.
• After choosing the objects (Crystal Reports CR) and dependencies (BusinessViews BV), and choosing to promote with security and picking object security, the promote step fails with a HTTP 404 Error as shown below -
  
  
• Based on the fiddler traces, you will see that this HTTP 404 is actually possibly a HTTP 500 error coming from the backend.
• The end to end trace and found that the issue seems to be logged in CMC logs as follows - 

  CMS HOSTNAME:6400 could not be persisted because Could not open the file /FRSlocation/input/a_111/222/000/1234/lcm.cms.list-guid[xxxxx-yyyy-xxxxx-yyyy-zzzzzzzz].properties.

• However upon checking the Promotion management (LCM) system, this FRS_location was not the current location on the (unix) servers. The File repository server (FRS) properties show that Filestore is currently pointed to a different FRS location.
