2371876 - BI 4.2 Upgrade Management Tool Error

Symptom

Create biar file from 3.1 environment using and import to 4.2 SP3 using UMT with the option Complete upgrade.

The biar import will fail at the retrieving stage throwing error,

com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.infostore.IInfoObject.getID() of a null object loaded from local variable 'infoObj'
