2372059 - Work process in reconnect status during SQL Server alwayson failover

If a work process is running during SQL Server alwayson failover, the work process will get a short dump, saying the connection to DB fails.

Looking at the trace file of the work process in ST11, named dev_w(n), log entries like below can be seen:
