2372095 - Generating a Survey Summary - Survey Summary Not Found

You want to generate the summary of a Survey for a Lead or an Opportunity that has been completed, but you cannot find the summary document after its generation.

You have completed a Survey for a Lead or an Opportunity and you have clicked "Actions" > "Generate Survey Summary". You cannot see the Survey Summary Document.

The Pane "Survey Summary" is not visible. The summary document is only visible in the 'Survey Summary' pane.

To see the summary document after you have clicked "Actions" > "Generate Survey Summary" in the Lead or Opportunity, the pane "Survey Summary" has to be added to the Survey facet via Adaptation:

1. Go to the Sales work centre
2. Go to the Leads or Opportunities view (as needed)
3. Go to the Survey Facet of the lead or opportunity that you generated the survey summary for
4. Start Adaptation mode
5. Select the Survey facet
6. Select the Survey Pane Variant
7. Go into the 'List Details'
8. Here, make the 'Survey Summary' pane visible.

 The Summary Document is now available to download in the Survey Summary Pane.
