2372098 - Bad Performance when calling function module by SE37

1）When you use t-code SE37 to call some Function Modules, the execution has bad performance. Meanwhile in t-code SM66/SM50，

    you can see program SAPLSMON is running.

2) If you took ABAP trace by t-code ST12, in trace analysis, you can see that, “Call GetPerfData/Call Get1PerfData” has high percentage

    of ABAP time.
