Is it possible to document somewhere, when and to whom the application has been forwarded, in order do preserve a better overview?

Notice ou can access this type of information through ad-hoc report, only. There's not an user interface that shows these details.
When executing the report, you must select the column "Application" and select the subcolumns such as "Last Modified", "Last Status Change Date", "Last Status Changed By". You can flag all collumns which attendes your needs for application audit trail trackings.
