2372801 - Cannot add multiple attachments to notification when accessed from Item

User cannot add multiple attachments to a Notification that is accessed directly from an Item.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access Learning Administration >
2. Go to Learning Activities > Items and search for an item >
3. Go to the Email Notifications tab >
4. On one of the sections that allows attachments, add a new attachment and click on Apply Changes >
5. After the first attachment is added, add another and click on Apply Changes >
6. The first attachment is overwritten.

This is currently standard system behaviour. Only one attachment can be added per notification.

If more than one document needs to be added to a notification as an attachment, as a workaround, you can add them in a Zip file and attach the Zip file to the Notification.
