2373179 - KBA: /SAPSLL/CUS_CDOC228 - Enter the declaration date

Symptom

After implementing note 2325711 (resp. the corresponding Support Packages) you are getting error message '/SAPSLL/CUS_CDOC228 - Enter the declaration date' in customs declarations, even though you are not using bonded warehouse process. This has not been the case beforehand, the declaration date was optional.
