2373465 - Future Time Accounts Appear in the Employee Time File

You have assigned a recurring time account to an employee, and you notice that there is an entry of time account created for the next year (for example, if the current year is 2023, you see entries for the time account for 2023 and 2024).

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Enter the Employees view.
3. Search for the employee and select it.
4. Click on the Edit button.
5. Navigate to the Time Account Balances tab.

Here you can see that the time account configured appears as an entry for the current year, and also there is an entry for the following year.

When a time account is assigned to an employee, a time valuation is automatically executed, which is responsible for creating the instances in the Time Account Balances tab.

The creation of these instances is done up to the end of the next year (with a variation depending on the Period Closure date).

As an example, if the Period Closure date is in March of 2023, you will be able to see the instance of 2023 up until March 2024.

The system works as expected.
