2373528 - Introscope Agents do not appear in CA APM Introscope after successful configuration by AC Tool

Symptom

  • After successfully installing the Diagnostic Agent and running AC Tool on the SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform host, the hosts/agents do not not appear in the Introscope Webview / Workstation
  • It was confirmed by checking the Introscope logs for the Java Bytecode Agent (INSTALLROOT\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\java\wily\logs\IntroscopeAgent*.log) and Diagnostic Agent (/usr/sap/DAA/SMDA98/SMDAgent/log/SMDAgentApplication.log) that the agent is connecting successfully to the Introscope Enterprise Manager
