2373585 - Sybase connection error <523 650> - Data Services

Symptom

  • Job using Sybase IQ 16 sp 11 as source and target datastores fail with following errors after upgrade
    Error "SQL submitted to ODBC data source <> resulted in error <523 650>"
  • SQL insert also shows table name and columns in quotes
  • Changing Datastore connection from DNS to ODBC connection the following error occurs:
    Error "ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> to connect database <> failed with error: <[DataDirect][ODBC lib] System information file not found. Please check the ODBCINI environment variable.>.
    Use the ODBCDriverSelector (Windows) or DSConnectionManager.sh to configure the correct version of the driver. "
