2373811 - Error when creating a job requisition "Assertion failed: No picklist associated for field "fieldid"." - Recruiting Management

When creating a Job Requisition, an error shows up: "Assertion failed: No picklist associated for field "fieldid". Please contact your administrator to have the correct picklist associated in configuration."

This error appears because one of the filter field does not have a picklist associated to it. The field name can be seen in the error message.

To fix this, picklist needs to be associated with the one of filter fields in Internal and External Applicant Search Settings. That can be done either through Provisioning, but also there is an option through Admin Center
