2373839 - SAP Retail Integration: How to prevent java.net.URISyntaxException exception when call CAR to check article availibilities

Symptom

In B2C accelerator, when you go to product detail page, you may see an exception when OAA rest call been to get availability of product:

ERROR [hybrisHTTP9] [DefaultSapOaaCommerceStockService] Error when fetching stock level information form CAR

com.sap.retail.oaa.commerce.services.atp.exception.ATPException: java.net.URISyntaxException: Illegal character in query at index 102: https://ldcirmt.wdf.sap.corp:44344/sap/car/rest/oaa/availability/ROC_SA_1/sources?q=St Peter Port,Jersey,Trinity,Cambridge Museum,Cambridge Lakes Golf Course,Cambridge University,Cambridge Coldham's,Cambridge Hospital,London Hyde Park,London Theater,London School,London Greenwich Park,Birmingham Villa Park,&sap-client=800
