2373861 - Deployment fails Policy configuration "service.naming" is not allowed for remote authentication

During a deployment or an upgrade the deployment will fail with the following error:

Cannot execute Java process for deployList with parameters D:<SID>\SUM\sdt\tmp\deploy_list.txt.
Return code condition success evaluated to false for process java.exe for action ACTION_DEPLOY_LIST.

Checking this further in the SDM logs which can be found in the SUM logs OperateSDM_XX.LOG:

  at SDM.main(SDM.java:21)
Caused by: com.sap.engine.services.security.exceptions.BaseLoginException: Exception in creating new RemoteLoginContext instance.
