2374347 - Continuous Performance Management - Why am I unable to see the Capture Meeting button?

I have enabled Continuos Performance Management in my system, but I still do not see the Capture Meeting button.

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management 

1. Go to Continuos Performance Management;
2. Click on Activities;
3. There is no Capture Meeting button displayed.

• Please note that in order to have access to capture meeting, the user that is encountering this issue should have edit permission for all the entities (Activity/Other Topic/Achievement).
• If the user does not have edit permission for any one entity then the Capture 1:1 button will be hidden.

In order to try to fix the issue, we kindly request you to double check if the affected user has those permissions by following the steps below:

1. Log into the instance and go to Admin Center;
2. Click on Manage Permission Roles and select the affected role;
3. Open the permissions of Continuous Performance Management;
4. Tick the checkbox of Edit option for Achievement, Activity and OtherTopic.

Please note it is not possible to Capture Meeting for previous dates
