2374418 - How to lock tiles in Learning for all users to have the same landing page?

Is it possible to lock the tiles on the users' landing page (home) in the SAP SuccessFactors Learning? This way none of the users will be able to change the position of the tiles?

If you want to default all users to have same tile position, please follow the below steps:

1. In Learning Administration > System Administration > Application Administration > Landing Page Settings >
2. Click the "Reset Tile Location to Default" button.

To lock the tile location, you can follow these additional steps:

3. In Learning Administration > System Administration > Application Administration > Landing Page Settings >
4. Click 'Settings' >
5. Check "Lock Tile Locations" checkbox >
6. Click "Yes" to agree with the warning statement >
7. Click "Save" to save your changes.

This will lock all the tile locations for all users.
