2374502 - Error Message: "Maintain Complete Data for all Contact Phone Numbers to Avoid Deletion” While Migrating Customers

You have not migrated the Mobile and Phone numbers for the Contacts of Customers. Your requirement is to upload the same using the activity Migration of Customers, but you receive the below error:

Maintain complete data for all contact phone numbers to avoid deletion.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
3. Search and Open the activity Migration of Customers
4. Choose Migrate customers using the migration tool
5. Execute Migration for the respective Migration file with Migration Mode Modify already existing records
6. You receive the error message mentioned during the Validation step

This is the expected system behavior. Modify Already Existing Records or Enhance Already Existing Records is not supported to update the data of Contacts.

Migration Mode Enhance already existing records is not supported, as the Contact assigned to the Account is not enhanced but a new one with Last Name will be created instead.

To add Mobile and Phone numbers to the existing Contacts, use Mass Data Maintenance work center.
