2374814 - JavaScript error with Dimension Filter and Filter Panel Components input help

Symptom

The input help for a dimension/characteristic in the filter panel and/or dimension filter component does not work in mobile. An error message appears when the help box is tapped.

It only occurs with SAPUI5 m mode on iPhone and Android mobile phones (this is not reproducible on iPad or with SAPUI5 classic mode).

The error looks like this:

"A JavaScript error occurred.
V.bindRows is not a function
..."

Environment

SAP Business Objects Mobile App on iPhone/Android phone with Design Studio 1.6 running on SAPUI5 m mode.
