2375165 - Not able to add customizing request to Urgent Changes in ChaRM

Symptom

You use Change Request Management to control your software distribution.

You add a new transport request to your urgent change document (ZMHF/SMHF) belonging to a different client of the previous transport requests in the same document. Then, when you try to set the status in To Be Tested (E0004) this error raised:

 Development system SID-XXX cannot be used (technical name /TMWFLOW/TASKLIST 264).
