You can delete information like e-mail, phone, address, national ID, and so on, for an active user or a person using the Compound Delete template. There are several use cases for the Compound Delete feature, and some of the questions with are resolved by leveraging this import feature are mentioned below:

  • How do I delete the following data for users via Import?
    • Job Relationships
    • Pay Component Non Recurring
    • Addresses
    • E-mail Information
    • Phone Information
    • National ID Information
  • We have tried to use "DELIMIT" option to delete Job Relationships, Pay Component Non Recurring, Addresses, e-mail Information, Phone Information, National ID Information data without success
  • We have an orphaned Person ID in the system that needs purging
