Symptom
- The goal is to create a Support Case with SAP Product Support for a Fiori application but unsure which component to enter for the Case.
- In Get Support app on SAP for Me, for most of the scenarios one will select product & product function instead of component. This KBA provides the steps to set the component when creating a Support Case related to SAP standard delivered Fiori apps, so that the case can be directly sent to the application support team without any delay.
