2375806 - SAP ASE 15.7. Access to IQ proxy table failed after ASE upgrade from 15.0.3

Symptom

After Sybase ASE upgrade from 15.0.3 to 15.7, select on ASE proxy table mapped to IQ table, fails with error

Msg 21, Level 14, State 0:
SQL Anywhere Error -1003003: Adaptive Server Error: 11206, Severity: 16, State:
Server Name: ASE_server_name, Procedure Name: ---
Error Message: Unable to connect to server 'IQ_server_name'.
