2375854 - Talent Card: Matrix Grid section displays user in a different placement than Matrix Grid Report

The placement displayed for a user in the Matrix Grid section of the Talent Card is different than the placement displayed in the actual Matrix Grid Report or in the Presentations Live Slide.

• SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development
• SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (Calibration)
• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite (Presentations)

There are two possible causes for this:

• The Matrix Grid section of the Talent Card is using the process of ratings defined for the Employee Profile, which may not be the same as the one used by the Matrix Grid Report. 
• You executed the Matrix Grid Report using a date range that is different from the one configured for the Matrix Grid section of the Talent Card. 

To resolve this issue, you can follow the below steps:

1. Go to Admin Center > Employee Files > Manage Talent Card.
2. Select the module you're having the issue with > click "Edit" for the Matrix Grid section (Performance & Potential or Competency & Objective).
3. Note whether the selected configuration is "Use Employee Profile Rating configuration" or "Use Succession Planning Matrix Grid admin configuration".
• If it is "Use Employee Profile Rating configuration", you may need to consider using the same process as the Matrix Grid Report configuration, so that the latest Matrix Grid placement is aligned between the Talent Card and the actual Matrix Grid Report.
• If it is "Use Succession Planning Matrix Grid admin configuration", you may need to consider updating the selected date range to the date range that the users are selecting when running the Matrix Grid Report for the current cycle.
