2376062 - Error "Failed to load database information" in Oracle-based (OLE DB) Crystal Reports in BI 4.x (Linux / Unix)

• When attempting to view on-demand or refresh a Crystal Report, which is based on an OLE DB connection to Oracle, the following error is returned:
• The viewer could not process an event. Error in File <Report Name>: Failed to load database information. [CRSDK00000955] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]
• The report runs without issue from within the Crystal Reports designer
