2376233 - How To collect SAR / SYSSTAT information to debug high load or hang situations

Symptom

Whenever any type of historical system statistics such as load average, CPU utilization, I/O wait state, or memory usage is needed the sar (System Activity Reporter) is best choice.
SAR (System Activity Reporter) is a command that ships with the sysstat package.
Sysstat is a collection of Unix tools used for performance monitoring, the package includes tools such as iostat, mpstat, pidstat, sadf and sar.

So this data is useful in such cases:
- high CPU usage close to 100%
- sudden very high memory usage
- network issues
- hang situations of HANA
