2376391 - Learning plan item shows Enrolled/Not Available or Not Available status

• Users that are enrolled in a blended item see on their learning plan "Enrolled/Not Available" status or
• Users that are assigned to an online item see on their learning plan "Not Available" status.

1. "Content is available for launch (available for users)" setting is not enabled at the item level (Online Content Settings).

2. Enrolled/Not Available
1. When the number of users registered for a class is greater than the maximum number of enrollments allowed. Example: The class has a maximum enrollments number of 20 users but there are a total of 30 users registered for the class, and the exceeding users are not waitlisted.
2. The class is part of a blended item (instructor-led with online content), but the online content is not available for launch at the item level (Online Content Settings).

• [Cause 1 or 2b] Set "Content is available for launch (available for users)" to "ON" under Item > Online Content > Online Content Settings (gear icon). 
• [Cause 2a] Either reduce the registered users (add exceeding users to the waitlist) or increase the number of maximum enrollments.
