Symptom

  • Implementing Support Packages or Addons using SPAM or SAINT tool stops in phase SPDD_SPAU_CHECK  the following error message will be reported in the Action log:

Internal Error – Message_Add_to_Protocol. 

  • In SM37 transaction, OCS_QUEUE_IMPORT job log
