When using Solution Manager ABAP Stack to download and install SAP NetWeaver 7.50 SP04, the SAP_UI version downloaded is SAP_UI 750 SP05 1.38.x and not SAP_UI 750 SP04 1.38.1, this will cause problems with BPC for NetWeaver Web Administration interface due to SAP NetWeaver 7.50 SP04 being compatible only with SAP_UI 750 SP04 1.38.1.
