2376869 - Why is it Adding/Editing data in One-Time Payment Portlet(payComponentNonRecurring) and Employment Information using the Pencil Icon does not trigger workflow when saving it[PP3]?

Why is it that Adding or Editing data in One-Time Payment Portlet(payComponentNonRecurring) using the Pencil Icon in PP3 does not trigger workflow when saving it?

This is an expected behavior since the Pencil Icon does not correspond to the Take Action Button in PP3 UI unlike with other portlets such as Employment Information, Compensation Information and so on.

The Pencil Icon in the One-Time Payment Porlet is only equivalent to the edit button in the Old UI(V12).

When adding data for One-time Payment ,use the "Award One-Time Payments" button so that workflow will be triggered; or you may use the Take Action button in the UI.
