Symptom
- A stored procedure owned by a non-DBA user.
- The procedure inserts data into a dbo table.
- The non-DBA user has not insert permission on the dbo table.
When DBA calls the stored procedure, permission error below is fired:
Could not execute statement. Permission denied: you do not have permission to insert into "s1_IQ"
SQLCODE=-121, ODBC 3 State="42000"
