Symptom
- User cannot log in to the Mobiliser portal, and they get the error "Unable to login due to tehcnical difficulties"
- Also, in the log files there is an error:
WARN com.sybase365.mobiliser.util.prefs.encryption.api.SmartPreferenceDecryptingInterceptor:74 - Encrypted preference of type SHA found but no strategy found to decrypt encrypted preference 'mobiliser.password'
