2377351 - Unable to release Outbound Delivery as Release Button is disabled

Unable to release Outbound Delivery XYZ as the Release option is grayed out.*XYZ  refers to Outbound Delivery Id

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Work center.
2. Go to Outbound Deliveries view.
3. Select the filter All Outbound Deliveries by Selection.
4. Find the delivery XYZ.
5. Select it and see that the Release button is disabled.

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Work center.
2. Go to Outbound Deliveries view.
3. Select the filter All Outbound Deliveries by Selection.
4. Find the delivery XYZ.
5. Select the option Edit.
6. Select Check Consistency.
7. The following error is triggered: Only one party Freight Forwarder Party permitted.

 The Outbound Delivery XYZ is inconsistent because of this error.

In order to resolve the issue and release the Outbound Delivery, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Work center
2. Go to Outbound Deliveries view
3. Select  the filter All Outbound Deliveries by Selection
4. Find the delivery XYZ
5. Select and Edit the Outbound Delivery XYZ
6. Navigate to General Tab
7. Select the Freight Forwarder and remove the entry
   
8. Select the option Check Consistency
9. The Outbound Delivery should now be consistent
   
10. Select Save and Close

Now the Release option should be enabled.
