2377405 - Functional location does not exist on "transmit" - SAP Work Manager 6.2 and 620_700 SP02

• This problem occurs after upgrade of the syclo framework to 620_700 SP02
• Synchronization ("transmit") was working before the upgrade of the Syclo framework
• Functional location  ?0100000000000000161 may be found in IFLOT table (see screen shot below)
• It seems that the functional location id is padded with blank or truncated

• it seems that the functional location is padded with 9 blanks character then truncated because field is 30 CHAR
