Symptom
- Unable to connect to SQL Server using a JDBC connection.
- When attempting to connect to Microsoft SQL Server using a JDBC connection in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, it fails with the error:
'Logon Error: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver'
