2377988 - The Routing Rules are Not Executed in Visits Generated from a Route

Routing Rules are not executed as you expect in Visits generated from a Route.

Pre-requisite :
You have set up a Routing Rule with the condition Created by Equal = ABC (ABC stands for the identification of a specific user).

1. Login with ABC.
2. Go to the Visits work center.
3. Go to the Routes Facet.
4. Select New to create a new Route.
5. Select Actions to generate Visits.

You can see in the Visits generated that the plan items are not created as you expected.

The visits were created by a background job (technical user : SAP_SYSTEM) and as a result the condition Created by Equal = ABC was not fulfilled.

You will need to adapt the Routing rules accordingly if you expect to have the plan items generated from the Route facet.
