Symptom

When using RAS to view or export a report, the error:

"Failed to copy the file <ReportPath\{ABCDEF-12345-1234-1234-ABCDEFG}.rpt to C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\tmpreport\~abc123456.rpt in file system operation. Please check access rights. Reason given: Access is denied."

is seen in the logs.
