2378574 - Users Receiving Notifications Regarding Aged Leads

Symptom

Users in your system are receiving notifications as below, regarding the Aged Leads.

You have been notified about a change of data in your system.

Depending on the type of change, this notification is intended to:

* Inform you about the change

* Require you to perform a task

* Ask you to review data

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Cause

In the work center Business Configuration, in the two activities namely Business Task Management for Lead Aging Manager Alert and Business Task Management for Sales Lead Aging, the Active status have been checked for the Available Task Types.

Resolution

To stop the notifications from reaching the users, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center
  2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
  3. Search and Open the two activities Business Task Management for Lead Aging Manager Alert and also Business Task Management for Sales Lead Aging
  4. De-select the Active checkbox
  5. Select Save and Close
