2379123 - Creation of a Tenant fails with a Dependency Error when using .unx Universes

Symptom

  • "There was an error running multitenancy management tool for file <tenantconfigurationfile>.properties" in the command line window
  • Onboarding or provisioning .unx (DSL) universes
  • "A dependency is missing during the UNX connection update. Error: Interface requested not found : csLIB. Set the PATH environment variable accordingly to include connection server binaries." is observed in the MTM log files
