When using the Add Page - Existing Page in Report Designer, one of the available folders is "Orphan pages (not assigned to any report)". Can these be used?

Resolution
- Login into instance
- Click on Report Designer as shown below
- Now you can add them as existing pages to any active report using the Copy option.
