You are trying to design a new theme with the SAP UI Theme Designer on the portal. On doing a preview of the AJAX Framework Page or any of the Framework pages available under Portal Control Previews.
You are getting an error pop up as "The preview application could not be loaded".
And on the console of developer toolbar of the browser you getting an error as "The preview application could not be loaded.iFrame-loadError"
