2379494 - Business Rules Do not trigger for LOA Time Off request

Symptom

  • In Job Information, business rules are configured to set the value of a specific field based on the "Availability Status" field;
  • The field is directly populated as per event reasons from Leave of Absence (LOA);
  • When creating an absence via Time Off for LOA, the record is created in Job Information as expected, but the business rule does not trigger to update the field;
  • The rule works correctly when the field is manually updated in Job Information;
  • The issue occurs when the source of change is Time Off (Absence).
