2379725 - Cannot download offline store from SMP 3.0 to iphone. Error codes -10210 and -100096

Symptom

  • Mobile user can't download offline store from SMP 3.0 to iphone. Error codes [-10210] and [-100096] are returned  to iphone.
  • Server log shows:

    2016 10 18 18:30:59#+0900#ERROR#com.sap.odata.offline.scripts.ODataSyncHandler##XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX#Thread-244##48ea4422-f92f-4f79-8a6f-26f6d17f0114#XXXXXXXXXXX#9c5d998a-0431-4810-81ab-dc62afb55c2a#RequestResponse#200##[-100036] Failed to build the database
     Error caused by: [-100096] An error occurred while trying to copy shared database "E:\SAP\MobilePlatform3\Server\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\bundles\306\data\1D08B0F85F1C93AFE37868000BBB9D9D7404C531.udb" to "E:\SAP\MobilePlatform3\Server\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\bundles\306\data\1D08B0F85F1C93AFE37868000BBB9D9D7404C531_TEMP.udb".
     Error caused by: java.nio.file.FileAlreadyExistsException: E:\SAP\MobilePlatform3\Server\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\bundles\306\data\1D08B0F85F1C93AFE37868000BBB9D9D7404C531_TEMP.udb
     com.sap.odata.offline.util.MODataException: [-100036] Failed to build the database
