2379781 - ProcessorException: The source scenario cannot already be from DIM - SAP EIS

Symptom

  • You are trying to create a Demand Intelligence Module (DIM) scenario ONLY from data already loaded in the SOPS_GATEWAY staging tables.
  • You set the value of the product_module_key in the inbound_gateway_queue table equal to the value of the DemandIntelligenceModule (that value is found in the SOPS_GATEWAY.GATEWAY_PRODUCT_MODULE table).  Normally that value is 3.
  • During processing, the model fails and you see the following in the SAP Enterprise Inventory and Service-Level (EIS) application log

    com.smartops.processors.ProcessorException: The source scenario cannot already be from DIM (not supported)!


    Caused by: com.smartops.processors.ProcessorManagerException: applyOne


    com.smartops.gateway.dataloader.GatewayDataLoaderException: processLoadSet Failure
