How to import data for "Prior Years of service" and "Prior months of service" fields?

Please follow the steps below.

1) Please navigate to System Administration>Tools>Import data

2) Download the template for User (Entity Type)

3) You can see the fields "Prior Years of service" and "Prior months of service".

4) Please update "Prior Years of service" and "Prior months of service" fields along with the mandatory fields.

5) Now import the data by navigating to System Admin>Tools>Import data and select action type as "Import data" and record Type (User) and Import Option (Add and Update).

6) Select the Import File which has all data and select the Time Zone and click on submit.

Note: We cannot import data for "Prior Years of service" and "Prior months of service" fields using user/User SF connector.
