2379973 - Incumbent Can Nominate Themselves as a Successor of Their Current Position in the Succession Org Chart

When an incumbent reviews successors for their current position, they can select themself as a successor.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Home dropdown > Succession
3. Select the Succession Org Chart tab
4. Search for your position card > click on the Add Successor icon
5. Select the Named Successors tab > Add Successor
6. Select Internal Candidates > select yourself
7. Populate relevant details > Save
8. Can successfully nominate yourself as the successor to your current position
   

Exclude nominees from seeing themselves within a succession plan is not enabled
