2380341 - Off-cycle payroll already run for perno. &1. (reason ‘&2’)

1. You run an off-cycle of type regular 'on demand' for an employee.
2. For a given reason (for example, retroactive changes to previous periods), you need to re-run the regular payroll for the period when the OC run regular 'on demand' was executed.
3. When trying to re-run this period, you get the following error message:
   "Off-cycle payroll already run for perno. &1 (reason '&2')
   Personnel number is not selected"
   
   
    

Example:

1. You run an off-cycle of type regular 'on demand' (0050, for example) for PERNR 1234 for period 03.2016 (01.03.2016 - 31.03.2016).
2. After that, you adjust the employee's salary in IT0008 with validity from 01.02.2016 - 31.12.9999.
3. As this change to IT0008 is relevant for payroll period 02.2016 (01.02.2016 - 28.02.2016), you would like to reprocess payroll period 02.2016 by running regular payroll for period 03.2016 in order to compute this change to IT0008.
4. When trying to re-run period 03.2016 using the payroll driver, you get the following error message:
   "Off-cycle payroll already run for perno. 00003800 (reason '0050')
   Personnel number is not selected"
