2380356 - Wrong ATP result for STO created from KANBAN, SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

Trigger the creation of a stock transport purchase order (STO) from a KANBAN transaction (e.g. PK13N or PKBC), receive unexpected results from the ATP check. For example, there is no committed/confirmed quantity or the ATP check rules set up in the customizing are not considered.

Trigger the ATP check from ME21N/ME22N or V_V2 for the same STO, the result are as expected.
